Samantha Elden grew up in Connecticut, an only child who spent an inordinate amount of time reading and "directing" stage plays cast with stuffed animals. Eventually she went to college at Emerson in Boston as part of the BFA Acting Studio, where she also took classes in playwriting. She soon discovered that writing is just as fun as acting, only it allows her to be a recluse. She now writes from her home in Sparks, NV with her partner.
